Voter ID Law in Judge's Hands
The legal back-and-forth is over for now and the fate of Pennsylvania's debate-inspiring voter ID law now rests with Commonwealth Court Judge Robert Simpson.
Closing arguments wrapped up Thursday and Mr. Simpson indicated that he will issue a ruling the week of August 13.
